Would you call him to let him know that he hurt you?

Hi everyone! I have been talking to this guy for a little while now and well we both call mutually but is he dominating everything by saying when to call, how to meet and blah blah blah? Plus he used to call me so much and the one time I call him twice in one day he says "what are you obsessed?" and he was very angry that he hasnt even text me once since then, I really want to tell him that that was so hurtful even though he might not care and well I guess i want to tell him that he was very annoying to me but I would never say something that mean, I mean I guess I have more class...should I tell him or ignore his dumbass?
