What does it mean if a guy I'm friends with goes out of the way to mention his girlfriend?

Maybe he likes you but feels you wouldn't he happy with him. He may partly be trying to see if it upsets you at all when he does this because he's curious about your possible feelings for him. Consider letting those feelings come out!
