Do you agree with me that adults only wear costumes at certain times at Disney Parks?

Adults-over the age of 12- can not wear costumes into Disney. You will be ask to change and not be allowed in at the gates. Special Events like the Princess and Pirate Party and the MM Halloween Party are the only times an adult can dress up.
