Mutually delete negative feedback on Ebay?

Don't worry this has happened to me before, I had a customer who didn't even read the item properly and had a huge go at me, but when I explained it all he felt really awful and was just caught up in the heat of the moment cause he thought he'd been ripped off...which he hadn't, but I can understand where he was coming from. I didn't worry about changing or deleting it then but I'm pretty sure you can ask the seller to send you a request to mutually delete the feedback.
